O programa Jota Silva, teve a honra de receber doutor Hugo Marquini, especialista em psiquiatria e medicina família e comunidade, e, médico intervencionista do SAMU ( Serviço de Atendimento Móvel de Urgência), de Colorado e região. Doutor Hugo, está há 2 anos no Samu de Colorado, veio da cidade de Iguaraçu-PR, trabalhou em várias cidades e, foi chamado para trabalhar neste serviço de atendimento. Observando em outras localidade a carência de recurso (aparelhos e medicamentos), agarrou a oportunidade de integrar-se ao Samu, tendo uma melhor estrutura ao atendimento dos pacientes.
